Having helped plant an orchard of 50 plus trees in a community garden she learnt how not to plant an orchard and from that point onwards has worked to understand best practice in all aspects of orchard & tree care.
Seven years working for Edible York as The Abundance Project coordinator has really honed her knowledge of tree fruit.
She is a member of the northern fruit group & regularly helps with the apple identification at their Apple weekend at RHS Harlow Carr.
